The final results are in!!
Congratulations to everyone for participating in the Nutrition Challenge and taking steps or leaps to a healthier you! We hoped you learned some new wellness information to make positive lifestyle behaviors.
This week’s challenge was who could ‘put it all together’ and combine the challenges including drinking adequate water, consuming fruits and veggies, whole grains, decreasing TV time, etc. Barbara was our winner for this past week’s challenge, AND the overall winner of the Nutrition Challenge!! Congratulations Barbara!!
In Second Place we had Heather, and in a close 3rd we had AJ! Way to Go!
Again, thanks for your hard work the last 10 weeks and for participating!
