Welcome to Nutrition Challenge 2007! This is a fun, interactive 10 week challenge designed by Registered Dietitians to help you improve your eating and exercise habits with a group of people!!! There will be weekly challenges and games to keep the competition interesting!

Congratulations! You made it to the FINAL week of the Nutrition Challenge!
This week’s challenge is to put everything together that you learned throughout the past 9 weeks. Concentrate on servings of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, increasing workout minutes, drinking ~8 glasses of water per day, limiting sweets, and reducing screen time. The winner for the week will be the one who can best complete all of these categories. On your tally sheet you can add a tally column for “water”, and “Screen time”.
