What challenges have you experienced with the nutrition challenge so far?
Welcome to Nutrition Challenge 2007! This is a fun, interactive 10 week challenge designed by Registered Dietitians to help you improve your eating and exercise habits with a group of people!!! There will be weekly challenges and games to keep the competition interesting!

I have had a really hard time not eating sweets everyday. I have been craving sugar a lot so far. So that has been my main struggle
The hardest part for me so far has been trying to follow the meal plan and exercising since I have been traveling all week for work.
Becca, Traveling can be a challenging situation to keep a healthy lifestyle. But making exercise a priority in your day can help. When traveling think about your schedule that day and decide when you are going to exercise. If you wait until you 'have time', it won't happen. So schedule it in. Remember exercise time can add up throughout the day, so even taking 3 10 minute breaks throughout the day to go on a brisk walk can be beneficial (and count towards points!).
