My favorite is the Superman. It really gets you to feel like your flying. After awhile you're feeling light-headed as your muscles tighten...awesome. It's totally psychadelic. For those who don't know what it is....You lay on your stomach and put your arms out at 90 degree angles. Then you raise your legs, hips, arms and head off the floor and hold it. Start out at 15 or 30 seconds, and work your way up. Try doing five to start out. Up, up, and away!
Ditto what Josh said. It also works if you roll over and lay on your back with your arms and legs off the ground and hold that for 30 seconds. But if you have a bad back you should probably avoid that exercise.
