Breakfast Smoothie
Welcome to Nutrition Challenge 2007! This is a fun, interactive 10 week challenge designed by Registered Dietitians to help you improve your eating and exercise habits with a group of people!!! There will be weekly challenges and games to keep the competition interesting!

Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup purple grape juice
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup lowfat milk
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
This recipe is a great way to start the day, with 2 servings of fruit and some protein to help keep you from being hungry mid-morning!!!
