Week 4's Reflection Question
Mmmm. Sweets! So many crave a dessert after a meal or as a snack. What suggestions do you have to help cut back on the amount of sweets one consumes?

I'm not very good at not eating sweets, but sometimes eating fruit at the end of a meal helps keep me from eating dessert. I always feel like I need sugar at the end of a meal, so fruit helps. Smoothies made with juice and frozen fruit help too.
