We have all heard that ‘Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!’ And this is true!
Week 3’s challenge is ‘who can eat a quality breakfast every single morning of the week?’
Quality breakfast = must be eaten within 60 minutes of waking up, must consist of 2 whole grain servings (30 grams) plus 1 fruit serving.

All right sports fans! This week is my week. I'll have at least 3 grains and a fruit every day, so ya'll better bring it. In fact, let's kick it up a notch and say four servings of grains and two servings of fruit. Oh YEAH!
Ummmm, I totally already have 4 grains and a fruit for breakfast everyday, so you're gonna have to do a little better than that. I know, I'm just good like that. See if you can be that.
See....my thing is, I have another two grains for lunch, and could do the same for dinner....so it's not really fair in the end. Go ahead, eat more grains....I'll just call you a cow...they eat grains, right?
Cows are cool, there's nothing wrong with being a cow. It's better than a pig. Or so I hear.
I'll take being a pig over a cow any day. That way, I'm bacon, ham, pork chops, and other pig=like meat that I cannot think of right now all at the same time.
