Now that we have the tracking and points system down……. it’s time to have some fun! Week #2 Challenge: How many servings of fruits and vegetables can you eat? Whoever eats the most servings of fruits and vegetables will win 10 bonus points, and a really cool prize!! Remember to listen to week 2’s podcast posted at the beginning of the week to find out what this week’s prize is and to hear additional tips about fruits and vegetables. Remember that each serving of fruits and veggies count as ONE point- remember to track fruits and a carb choice as well….but veggies are more like ‘free foods’ so eat up!
BRING IT FOLKS! I will average over 5 servings of this stuff a day. Let's see who can kick that one up a notch. Boo ya!
Good Luck Josh...I did the challenge last time Julie did it, and it is going to take a little more than 5 servings/day to win! Go ahead and try though! ;-)

Um, yeah I can totally eat 7 a day, no problem. What do you have to say to that?
